The 2009 Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers (GCEC) Conference, will be hosted by the Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship at Rice University, October 15-17, 2009. It will be two and half days of learning, sharing best practices, networking and new ideas for education, business development and center development.
